Serbia's Milan Jovanovic to completes Liverpool swit

Liverpool have completed the signing of Serbia international striker Milan Jovanovic from Standard Liege on a three-year contract. A deal for the 28-year-old was agreed in February, and he arrives at Anfield on a free transfer.
At the time, Jovanovic said: "I opted to sign for Liverpool because they're one of the biggest teams in Europe - definitely in the top 10. "
He turned down Real Madrid last year fearing a lack of first team chances.
Jovanovic joined Standard in 2006 and helped them win back-to-back titles in 2007-08 and 2008-09.
He has also played for Shakhtar Donetsk and Lokomotiv Moscow, and made his international debut for Serbia in a 2-0 win over Finland in June 2007.
By default, he becomes the first arrival under Roy Hodgson, who took over as Liverpool boss on 1 July.
Liverpool made their move for Jovanovic under previous boss Rafael Benitez, who is now the manager of Inter Milan.
